NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Manager for Private Client Concierge (Ultra High Net Worth) in Toronto. You will lead a team of Client Managers delivering white-glove service to our affluent clients, while maintaining select UHNW relationships as Executive Sponsor.
Strong leadership, risk-management expertise, and carrier knowledge are essential. The role emphasizes service excellence, client retention, team development, and advancing the UHNW segment within a hybrid work model.
The Manager, Private Client Concierge (Ultra High Net Worth Segment) is responsible for
leading a team of Client Managers dedicated to servicing the firm's most complex and
affluent clients. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure an
exceptional client experience, strong retention results, and consistent execution of the
Private Client Concierge service model. The Manager serves as a technical leader, mentor, and trusted advisor to both team members and leadership colleagues, helping elevate expertise across the organization.
In addition to leading the segment, the Manager maintains a small portfolio of select Ultra High
Net Worth client relationships and acts as Executive Sponsor for key client and advisor
partnerships. While growth remains an important component of the role, the primary focus is ensuring
service excellence, client retention, team development, and the continued advancement of
the Ultra High Net Worth segment.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to 125,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
