The Manager of Pricing Strategy, Modeling, and Execution is responsible for supporting the design and leading the implementation of pricing strategies that optimize profitability and support business objectives across the Bank’s portfolio. This role combines strategic critical thinking with hands‑on execution, including implementing, maintaining, and optimizing pricing models, overseeing rate changes, and driving targeted pricing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in pricing methodologies, advanced analytics, and market analysis, along with strong leadership and collaboration skills to influence collaborators and deliver results.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead pricing changes across deposit and lending products, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Develop business cases and implement targeted rate campaigns to drive new business and balance growth.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare pricing decks and provide analytical support for ALCO and product forums.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with product, finance, and treasury teams.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc pricing analysis and leverage advanced analytics to update and optimize pricing models.
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pricing, product management, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; experience with advanced analytics and modeling is an asset.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, financial modeling, and market analysis.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between
$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
