A software-focused IT services provider based in Toronto is seeking a Manager of Pricing Operations. The successful candidate will lead a team, oversee pricing governance, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance pricing strategies. Applicants should have over 5 years in pricing or revenue management, excellent analytical skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. This position offers a competitive salary range and additional compensation elements.

The Manager, Pricing Operations, leads a team of 3 and is responsible for overseeing the execution and governance of pricing processes across the organization so that they are accurate and efficient. The manager will collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Go-To-Market, IT, Bid Desk and Finance to support strategic deals, contracts and RFP’s to ensure Softchoice grows sales revenue profitably. The Manager will also investigate margin results through analytics and by partnering with business leaders to develop action plans to tackle opportunities or address problem areas.
The typical pay range for this role is $91,200 - $136,800.
Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors, including prior experience and geographic location.
In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances, annual bonus, or commissions etc.), as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
