The Manager, Planning & Continuous Improvement plays a pivotal role within Nutrien’s Procurement function, leading the development and execution of a Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a fit‑for‑purpose framework for intake, prioritization, and stewardship of CI initiatives, while facilitating commercial work planning across various procurement groups. As a trusted partner and strategic advisor, you will support leadership in decision‑making, visioning, and roadmap development for Procurement.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in procurement processes, tools, and data, with a demonstrated ability to influence at all levels—including senior leadership—within both Procurement and business.
