  • Be the Face of TELUS Health: Represent our Pension Plan Administration team to current clients and during exciting submissions

  • Drive Innovation: Contribute to the growth and evolution of our department, always staying ahead of industry practices to bring fresh ideas

  • Lead by Example: Act as a senior service manager for client accounts, providing top-tier service and support

  • Mentor and Guide: Supervise and inspire team resources to achieve exceptional results

  • Project Excellence: Support the team in executing a variety of mandates and projects, ensuring successful outcomes

  • Finance Mastery: Develop and manage budgets for your mandates, ensuring compliance and efficiency

  • Client Satisfaction: Elevate client satisfaction by truly understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions

  • Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to our processes for better performance

  • Business Growth: Foster new business relationships, secure agreements with existing clients, and explore new markets with potential clients
