  • Lead by Example: Act as a senior service manager for client accounts, providing top-tier service and support.
  • Mentor and Guide: Supervise and inspire team resources to achieve exceptional results.
  • Project Excellence: Support the team in executing a variety of mandates and projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Finance Mastery: Develop and manage budgets for your mandates, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Client Satisfaction: Elevate client satisfaction by truly understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to our processes for better performance.
  • Business Growth: Foster new business relationships, secure agreements with existing clients, and explore new markets with potential clients.
What You Bring
  • Over 12 years of relevant experience backing your expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Administration, Actuarial Science, or another relevant field.
