Your new role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Manager Organisational Development.

This is a Permanent Full Time appointment.

As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Workforce and Organisational Development Business Unit, the Manager Organisational Development is responsible for :

  • Developing values-aligned programs and initiatives that will build HSS’ culture, improve performance and increase the capability of the workforce.
  • Planning, designing and implementing learning and development programs for HSS employees and leaders, including learning management systems and contracts.
  • Ensuring that all HSS employees meet their legal training requirements and comply with training requirements of HSS and the Department of Health.
  • Developing and managing the performance management, talent management and succession planning framework to enable HSS to have the right skilled workforce for the future.
  • Identifying future workforce issues within the organisation and sector and developing solutions to mitigate the risks.
  • Assisting in the production of detailed workforce, diversity and inclusion and staffing plans to manage risk and contribute to the continuous development of the organisational culture and values.
  • Aligning the HSS workforce planning initiatives to the HSS Business strategy
