BDO Canada is seeking a Manager/Team Lead, Migration Engineering, to lead large-scale migration initiatives for enterprise clients. You will shape migration strategies, architectures, and roadmaps across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments while mentoring junior consultants.
You will collaborate with cloud architects and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery with minimal disruption, driving the evolution of migration tools, accelerators, and best practices across the practice.

This replacement role is an exciting opportunity to work with enterprise clients as they transform legacy systems, modernize infrastructure, migrate applications and data to cloud platforms, and adopt modern operating models.
This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programs across a variety of industries while collaborating with cloud architects, platform engineers, business stakeholders, and project teams. Beyond delivery, you will contribute to the evolution of our migration methodologies, tools, accelerators, and service offerings as we continue to grow our practice.
The expected range of compensation for this role is $115,000 - $165,000 annually.
