The Opportunity

EY-Parthenons Strategy & Execution (S&E) practice supports global organizations by diagnosing and solving their most complex problems. Our team delivers tangible improvements in finance transformation, customer experience, supply chain optimization, digital enablement, business analytics and process automation. These solutions increase free cash flow, profitability, scalability and overall operational outcomes for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively lead and motivate engagement teams to execute the scope of services for client engagements.
  • Assess a client’s current processes across commercial finance and operations functions to identify pain points and gaps impacting profitability and cash flow.
  • Establish and execute engagements to validate hypotheses, assess and support clients through enablement options, and implement measurable improvements.
  • Analyze transactional and operational data required to validate hypotheses and deliver critical insights to clients.
  • Form trusted advisor relationships with VP/SVP level resources at clients, delivering a high degree of client satisfaction on engagements.
  • Confidently present solutions, issues and findings in both written and oral formats.
  • Lead, train and mentor team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, developing budgets, tracking costs and communicating issues to project leaders.
  • Lead and support business development activities to secure additional services or follow‑on phases through building relationships with both EY and external client networks.
Your Profile

We encourage candidates who meet most of the requirements listed below to apply:

  • Manager: At least 5 years of related work experience is required; management consulting experience is preferred.
  • Senior Manager: At least 8 years of related work experience is required; management consulting experience is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher is required with preference to candidates with business finance or engineering degrees.
  • Strong understanding of profitability and cash flow metrics with the ability to articulate the potential impact of operational improvements on a company’s financial statements; CPA or other professional designations are a plus.
  • A proven track record of leading finance transformation, customer experience, supply chain optimization or process automation projects.
  • Relevant implementation experience in one or more core business processes (i.e., order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, supply chain).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven track record of sharing complex ideas and findings with a senior audience.
  • Strong bias for curiosity and creative thinking to generate innovative solutions for our clients.
  • Travel to client sites on short notice is expected, with durations and time on site depending on project.
