Job summary

RMP Advisors LLP is seeking Manager and Senior Manager professionals across Tax, Audit/Assurance, CAS and Inbound Advisory. The role offers onsite or hybrid work arrangements in Southwestern Ontario.

You will manage client assignments, review deliverables for accuracy and compliance, and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring junior team members. The successful candidate will have a CPA designation (or in progress), 3+ years in public accounting or professional services, and strong

• CPA designation (required or in progress depending on level)
• 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or professional services
• Strong technical knowledge in Tax, Audit/Assurance, Client Advisory Services, or Inbound Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Manage client assignments from planning through completion, including timelines, task delegation, progress monitoring, and proactive issue resolution
• Review and finalize client deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and compliance with firm and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
• Identify risks, issues, and value-add opportunities, driving improvements to client outcomes, processes, and potential service expansion
• Coach and supervise junior team members, providing clear direction, real-time guidance, and ongoing feedback to support development
• Collaborate with Managers, Partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes and elevate key matters as needed
• Promote a collaborative, high-performing team environment, sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• CPA designation (required or in progress depending on level of experience)
• 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or professional servicesStrong technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Tax, Audit/Assurance, Client Advisory Services, or Inbound Advisory Services
• Experience reviewing and preparing client deliverables within your service line
• Interest or enrollment in the In-depth Tax course through CPA (Tax focus)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and client service orientation
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is an asset
