A leading real estate investment trust in Ontario is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee operational activities at the Georgian Mall portfolio. The candidate will provide leadership to the Operations Team, manage service contracts, and ensure tenant satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in building operations and outstanding leadership qualities. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will manage and oversee the successful execution of all operational activities at the Georgian Mall portfolio. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Operations Team to build exceptional tenant relationships and deliver Best‑in‑Class Service.
