At TELUS, you’ll lead a team of highly skilled specialists delivering cutting‑edge solutions in collaboration platforms, cloud voice, contact centres, SD‑WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, and network security. You’ll engage with C‑suite stakeholders, architect complex communication solutions, and forge strategic partnerships with industry giants like Cisco, Microsoft, Google, and Avaya.

What You’ll Do

As a key leader within TELUS Technical Sales, you’ll:

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 5 years of proven sales leadership experience in Unified Communications.
  • A track record of leading successful enterprise solutions sales teams.
  • Strong expertise in engaging and influencing C‑suite stakeholders.
  • In‑depth experience in the telecom industry or related enterprise sectors.
  • Knowledge of both public and commercial sector business needs.
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional sales certifications that showcase your commitment to excellence.
  • University degree or equivalent senior‑level experience.
  • Expertise with platforms like Cisco, Microsoft, or Avaya.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud voice and managed services solutions.

Salary Range: $101,000‑$151,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: $60,000‑80,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
