Manager of Information Technology (Winnipeg)

As our Manager of Information Technology, you will be a hands‑on leader, personally designing, configuring, and implementing our core infrastructure. You’ll drive strategic direction while actively contributing technical expertise to ensure our systems are not just stable, but are truly pioneering our next phase of technological possibility.

  • Be the primary guardian of the company’s digital security, leading incident response and implementing cutting‑edge protection strategies;
  • Manage a Microsoft 365 enterprise environment, oversee infrastructure upgrades, and introduce new technologies that drive efficiency and scalability;
  • Mentor and lead a small dedicated IT team, set service standards, and ensure exceptional end‑user experiences across the organization;
  • Spearhead major IT initiatives while collaborating with senior leaders to deliver transformative solutions.

Your accomplishments and experience include:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role;
  • Hands‑on administration of enterprise environments (Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint/Teams, Security & Compliance);
  • Implementing security policies, managing threat monitoring, and leading incident response to protect organizational data;
  • Managing networks, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), backup/disaster recovery, and delivering IT projects from concept to completion;
  • Recognized certifications such as CISSP, CITM/I.S.P. are considered an asset.
