Lead Forecasting & Planning – Own forecasting of all major Commercial metrics (originations, service units, revenue), ensuring accuracy and forward-looking insights.
Drive Profitability Insights – Deliver customer profitability analysis, identify margin improvement opportunities, and partner with Sales leadership to strengthen deal economics.
Partner with Pricing – Collaborate with the Pricing team to support decision-making on offers and conduct post‑implementation reviews, analyzing pricing, volume, and mix impacts to inform future strategies.
Support Leadership – Serve as the finance business partner to the CCO and Commercial leaders, shaping strategy through financial insights.
Enhance Sales Effectiveness – Provide headcount and Opex forecasting for Commercial teams, manage sales compensation analysis, and deliver insights to optimize incentives.
Advance Strategic Planning – Develop long‑range financial models and sales planning scenarios that influence company direction.
Lead & Develop Talent – Directly manage a team of analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities while building strong analytical and business‑partnering capabilities.
Deliver Insights That Matter – Lead month‑end analysis and drive forecast updates for the Monthly Operating Review.
$120,000 - $130,000 / year
You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
