  • Represent Power Operations’ interests throughout project development and execution. Lead resolution of critical engineering risks and evaluate technical deviations to balance safety, compliance, reliability, operability, economics, and lifecycle value.

  • Provide engineering leadership during project evaluation, concept selection, due diligence, technology assessments, risk reviews, contracting strategies, and investment decisions to ensure technical risks and opportunities are understood.

  • Lead and develop the New Project Engineering team, establishing organizational structure, succession, workforce capability, and resource plans while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and technical excellence.
