Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling Limited in Brampton is seeking a Manager, Network Modeling to provide analytical leadership across manufacturing, warehousing and transport. The role translates business questions into models, scenarios and recommendations to improve service, cost and capacity.

Reporting to the Director, Network Strategy and Design, you will shape the national network design with cross-functional teams and engage senior leaders through data-driven insights, simulations and digital tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience across manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, logistics, planning or distribution.
  • Ability to rapidly learn optimization and modeling tools.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SAP, ERP, WMS, TMS, or planning systems.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, machine learning, or advanced analytics preferred.
  • Experience with optimization software such as Supply Chain Guru X or similar tools is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Coca-Cola manufacturing and distribution operations is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead network modeling, scenario analysis, greenfield studies, capacity analysis and optimization projects.
  • Build and maintain digital models using Supply Chain Guru, Python, SQL, Power BI or equivalent analytical tools.
  • Translate complex results into executive-ready recommendations that connect numbers with operational reality.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance and Engineering teams.
  • Support strategic initiatives involving manufacturing footprint, warehouse design, transportation strategies, inventory optimization and customer service improvements.
  • Present recommendations and business insights to senior leadership, helping influence strategic decisions related to network design, capacity expansion, inventory strategy, transportation optimization and capital investments.
  • Develop future internal capabilities in simulation, digital twins, machine learning and advanced analytics.
  • Coach and influence stakeholders without direct authority while driving alignment across functions.
  • Continuously improve model quality, data governance and decision support processes.

Role Details
  • Work Location – Brampton
  • Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment – 3 days in-office
  • The full base salary range for this position is from $108,000 - $120,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Network Strategy and Design, the Manager, Network Modeling provides analytical leadership and business partnership across manufacturing, warehousing, transportation and network strategy. The role translates business questions into models, scenarios, and recommendations that improve service, cost, capacity utilization, and long-term network design decisions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future supply chain network of one of Canada's largest beverage companies, influencing manufacturing, warehousing and transportation decisions with national impact. Working across a coast-to-coast manufacturing and distribution network, the successful candidate will support strategic investment decisions, network design initiatives, and long-range business planning. The role provides significant exposure to senior leadership, with opportunities to influence executive-level decisions through analytics, scenario modeling, and data-driven recommendations.
