Job summary

A leading tax consulting firm in Canada is seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead campaigns aimed at raising awareness of its services and driving growth. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing Plan, oversee brand-specific campaigns, maintain marketing best practices, and lead a marketing team. You'll manage the budget and create content across various platforms. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Etobicoke, Ontario with a competitive salary of $70,000 per year.

Marketing Manager

Bond Consulting Group (BCG) is an award‑winning Canadian tax consulting firm and the largest independent Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) consulting firm in Canada. BCG is growing rapidly and looking to hire a Marketing Manager to lead campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness about Bond Consulting Group and the SR&ED program, drive growth, and generate leads.

Responsibilities
  • Produce and maintain the annual Marketing Plan and develop/execute marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee creation and execution of sector‑specific B2B brand and marketing campaigns, including content creation, digital marketing, newsletters, and events.
  • Maintain brand marketing best practices, demand generation, and customer insights; provide leadership to projects.
  • Execute content such as e‑blasts and other traditional methods to drive lead generation and nurture through the website, advertising, and events.
  • Create and manage content marketing strategies, including copywriting and design of blog posts, presentations, videos, webinars, newsletters, websites, and social media.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and maintain all print and digital marketing material.
  • Gather and assess data and results from past marketing and sales campaigns, and from market, competition, and research to develop scorecards, dashboards, metrics, and benchmarks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align on market opportunities, objectives, messaging, and audience targets.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach marketing team members; provide performance evaluations and career development.
  • Manage, approve, and monitor marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
