Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Marketing Manager to join our growing dealership operations. This individual will lead in developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential clients and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will lead marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and manage various luxury brands to best position us in the market. Additionally, the candidate will lead the marketing team to reach daily objectives.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage, update, and track business platforms for our various brands.
  • Responsible for managing marketing members and working with the marketing team to reach relative objectives.
  • Participate and assign tasks to the Marketing team for successful advertising and promotion.
  • Develop digital content and stay updated on emerging industry trends.
  • Conduct proactive campaigning.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and/or find opportunities for no-cost or net-positive activations.
  • Oversee quality and compliance requirements related to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with agencies to promote our offerings to potential clients.
  • Develop marketing plans and conduct relevant research.
  • Capture, write, and schedule initiatives across all brands.
  • Source, research, and define ways to enhance marketing incentives for the dealership.
  • Find new and exciting ways to bring vehicles to market.
  • A combination of reporting to both internal & external stakeholders is expected.
  • Coordinate with the sales department and other teams on marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Define and track marketing KPIs.
  • Conduct competitor analyses.
  • Automation (related to emailers, campaigns, CRM, analytics & reporting).
  • Attend marketing meetings.
  • Lead in successful event management and budget planning for our dealerships.
  • Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Dealership background preferred.

  • Proven management experience.
  • High attention to detail, including grammar and spelling skills.
  • Google AdWords experience (Required).
  • Google Analytics experience (Required).

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
