Job summary

Alquemy in Brampton is seeking a Manager, Logistics Operations to oversee daily logistics, transportation, warehouse, and distribution activities. You will develop plans aligned with growth and manage a team of drivers and distribution personnel.

You will monitor performance, budgets, and service delivery, identify opportunities to improve routing, inventory control, and safety, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in our logistics network.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, and distribution management.
• Familiar with route planning, GPS, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of WHMIS, TDG, and transportation safety regulations.
• Proven leadership, team management, and employee development skills.
• Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and operational planning.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Medical laboratory operations experience is an asset.
