We have an exciting opportunity for a Head, Learning and Development to join us in leading the development and delivery of Capital One’s Canadian learning strategy. Reporting to the Head of People Strategy and in partnership with your team, you will be accountable for end-to-end programs and practices from early careers, experienced professionals and leaders for all lines of business. This includes building strong internal and external partnerships and implementing leading learning programs to grow and develop the best talent.
