Job summary

HOOPP is seeking a technically strong FP&A professional with investment knowledge and advanced Power BI skills. The role focuses on quarterly investment projections, benchmarking, and cost allocations, while serving as the team’s BI and analytics expert.

You will enhance reporting, expand Power BI usage for planning and scenario modelling, and drive AI/automation initiatives in FP&A. A CFA/CPA asset and 4+ years in FP&A strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, data analytics or related quantitative field.
• CFA designation or progress toward it is an asset; CPA or equivalent is also an asset.
• Demonstrated investment and analytics capability valued over any single designation.
• At least four years of FP&A, investment analysis, or finance analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly investment projection process with investment teams.
• Support peer benchmarking and benchmarking studies.
• Assist with investment cost allocation and related analyses.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and analytics tools for planning and decision support.
• Automate FP&A processes and improve data quality and documentation.
