The International Equities Operations team is responsible for providing efficient and accurate settlements for our Equities business for the firm in international markets. As the Manager, you will provide leadership to an experienced team with functions varying from Equity Settlements, Claims and Payments processing. Experience supporting Equities trading in Euroclear, BNP (Neolink), Clearstream will be key in the successful leadership of the team, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), risk management/compliance obligations, budgeting and succession planning are managed effectively. As the incumbent, you will be responsible for leading and executing the future operational framework and modernization of our internal processes as we continue to grow in product offerings, geographies, client base with a focus on automation and collaboration. You will frequently be responsible for resolving complex, high-risk issues with sound decisions. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
