Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager in Training role located in Ajax, ON. The Manager in Training will be responsible for learning and executing store operations, supporting staff supervision, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to team development. Daily tasks include overseeing inventory, assisting with staff training, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining effective communication within the team to meet store goals.
