IT PnD organization is seeking a BIE Manager to join our Data and Analytics team. As a BIE Mgr with our team, you will be working in a large, complex and dynamic, data-driven environment with limited guidance. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex BI solutions, defining team strategy, and influencing organizational BI architecture.
This position requires the candidate to work efficiently on complex and ambiguous problem areas, take a long‑term view of solutions, and demonstrate technical leadership. You will need to develop deep understanding of data lineage across the organization, earn trust with senior leadership through strategic insights, and drive business understanding through robust, scalable solutions.
To succeed, you must have the ability to lead large projects requiring multiple team members, make appropriate technical trade‑offs for long‑term needs, and communicate effectively with management audiences through narratives and strategic recommendations.

The base salary for this position ranges from $110,100/year up to $183,900/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
