As Manager, Human Resources, you’ll play a key role in leading core HR functions across the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, you will oversee recruitment efforts, lead recruitment files, coordinate short‑term and long‑term disability programs, manage various HR projects, and assist with reporting. You will also provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, while serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on workplace matters that contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and high‑performing culture. This role is ideal for someone who leads with empathy and builds trust through action. You’ll help shape the future of HR at Johnston Group by ensuring operational excellence and fostering a culture of care through thoughtful guidance and proactive HR practices.
