What you will do (Responsibilities)
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring
  • Develop and demonstrate sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Lead and coach a team of Branch Banking Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Partner with business leaders and HR partners to build talent pipelines
  • Promote TD brand and develop diversity sourcing strategies
  • Provide strategic consultation to HR and business partners
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of relevant recruitment/leadership experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Workday, PeopleSoft, and data reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and time management
  • Ability to build relationships with executives and key partners
  • Strong consultation skills with senior leaders

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to deliver effective recruitment strategies and quality hires, while ensuring compliance with regulations and TD policies.
