Workplace Arrangements: This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work on-site from our Ottawa Head Office, on Walkley Road 2 days a week for an 8:00am - 5:00pm schedule with a one hour lunch.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Creates a plan to manage the assortment of Fixtures & Supplies that will deliver to the objectives of the Company Strategy. Take action to ensure objectives are achieved, applying the urgency required to meet timelines and impact results.
  • Source an assortment of fixtures that will allow stores to promote products that maximizes sales, and margin, and is engaging to the customer.
  • Continually seek out and create partnerships with new suppliers that will help deliver on our business objectives/results, including the coordination of large supplier contracts.
  • Leads regular fixture and supplies review to identify possible savings or changes to ordering quantities/specifications.
  • Manages relationship with vendor partners, supporting the activities of Merch / Op teams, while adhering to all quality, safety, and regulatory standards and minimizes costs.
  • Support various Company Initiatives, as a member of the Cross Functional Working team.
What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of retail business process.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble‑shooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate virtually on a regular basis, and participate in calls via MS Teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
