As Manager, Fixed Income Operations, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the efficient and accurate settlement of fixed income transactions across domestic, US, and international markets. Your operational leadership will drive process optimization, risk management, and service excellence in areas including Repo Settlements, Fixed Income Cash Settlements, Coupon Claims, and Payments Processing. You will champion modernization and automation initiatives, ensuring our operational framework evolves with our expanding product offerings and client base. This role demands a strategic, operations-focused leader with a strong technical and analytical mindset, adept at resolving complex, high-impact issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
