Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a software development environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role or 5 years as a senior developer/architect.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages and development tools.
• Experience architecting and delivering cross-platform, external APIs.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

The role is based in either Calgary, Alberta or Ottawa, Ontario.Firmware SDK Manager - Job Description:Our client is hiring a manager for either its Calgary or Ottawa location to lead its Firmware SDK (Software Developer Kit) development team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in C++ and Azure DevOps development, with experience as a manager, team lead, or senior developer.The candidate is diligent, proactive, and has a reputation for taking an innovative approach when solving difficult problems.
