What are your contributions to the team?

• Manage and lead financial activities related to the S4HANA project, steering a team of analysts and ensuring the quality of deliverables for cost accounting activities under Record To Report.
• Lead integration with the Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Stock, Logistics, Quote to Service and Manufacturing Execution value streams.
• Plan each phase of the project with our integrators (sprint, integrated tests, etc.) and allocate resources.
• Define, document and optimize financial processes in collaboration with project teams and BPOs, ensuring the adoption of best practices.
• Lead the configuration of the SAP S4HANA system and its integration with other financial systems.
• Coordinate data cleansing and conversion efforts.
• Oversee integration and user acceptance tests to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Develop management reports and ensure the documentation of operational processes and procedures.
• Ensure the management and quality of financial master data as part of the implementation.
• Build training materials for each deployment and deliver training to Super Users.
• Analyze the impacts of change and contribute to the development of a mitigation plan with the impacted teams.
• Support Super Users during Hypercare after each go‑live.
• Help develop a community of super users over time.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent as well as a CPA designation
• You have more than 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• You have in‑depth knowledge of financial processes and SAP value streams
