Job description

We are seeking a Manager, Finance & Accounting to join our Finance team during an exciting period of organizational growth and continued improvement. Working alongside the Vice President, Finance, youll help evolve our finance function by strengthening reporting, improving business insight, leveraging technology, and supporting better decision-making across the organization.

The Manager, Finance & Accounting reports to the Vice President, Finance and is responsible for leading the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization while providing leadership to a collaborative Finance team. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, maintains strong financial controls, and oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance across the Canadian and U.S. operations.

Working closely with the Vice President, Finance, the Manager supports strategic financial planning and organizational decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting, operational analysis and the continued development of meaningful management reporting. This role also champions continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting while contributing to the ongoing development of the Finance function and the organization's long-term success.

Success in this role requires balancing strong technical accounting expertise with a continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach to support operational leaders across the organization.
