Cyclic Materials is seeking an experienced Manager, External Financial Reporting to lead global external reporting and statutory compliance as we scale internationally. This role owns consolidated reporting under US GAAP and supports SEC filings and investor reporting.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and external auditors to ensure accurate, timely disclosures and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
Cyclic Materials™ is building a resilient circular supply chain for rare earth elements and other critical materials. Through our proprietary MagCycle℠ and REEPure℠ processes, we recover rare earths from end-of-life products and transform them into high purity materials used in the production of permanent magnets. These materials are critical to the modern economy, including the production of electric vehicles, electronics, AI infrastructure, wind turbines, defense, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Founded in 2021, Cyclic Materials has rapidly progressed from technology development to commercialization. We are seeking a Manager, External Financial Reporting to lead global external reporting and statutory compliance as Cyclic Materials scales internationally.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role owns consolidated reporting under US GAAP, USD corporate reporting, statutory statements, lender reporting, investor support, government reporting, and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will help prepare Cyclic Materials for future U.S. public company reporting, including SEC filings such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, earnings releases, and related disclosures. The role partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and external auditors.
Within your first 12 months, you will:
$100,000 — $135,000 CAD
The base compensation offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
