Qualifications

The Office of the COO encourages strong relationships with clients and the financial community, finds efficiencies in our systems and processes, ensures that we meet our Three-Year Business Plan objectives, and adheres to best practices in business operations planning. The COO is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Operations group at BCI, which includes the following business functions: Global Properties and Workplace Solutions, Corporate Risk & Audit, Finance, Investment Operations, and Technology.The Office of the Chief Operating Officer provides strategic oversight and operational excellence across BCI's enterprise functions, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and effective execution of business strategy.The Global Communications function operates within the Office of the COO and plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing BCI's relationships with its clients and stakeholders through world-class strategic engagement. The base salary will consider factors such as the individual's skill set, experience, and internal equity.
