Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of experience in employee communications and a Bachelor's degree. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset. Internal communications plays a pivotal role in shaping corporate culture to drive employee engagement and employee experience. The Manager, Employee Communications will lead a diverse and talented team of communications professionals across multiple provinces and work collaboratively with the broader corporate communications team and cross functional business partners.
