What will your typical day look like?

With the proliferation of electronic data, companies are increasingly required to identify documents to comply with regulatory requests, conduct investigations, resolve business disputes, and support M&A activity. Deloitte’s Discovery team offers a full end-to-end solution for clients, from collection, data processing, web hosting, and document review, to final production. We work on matters including civil litigation, arbitration class actions, regulatory inquiries (RFIs and SIRs), corporate investigations, diligence, and Freedom of Information Requests for government organizations.

About the team

Deloitte’s Forensic services identify and resolve various types of corporate disputes and irregularities. We perform analyses, provide opinions, and draft clear, logical reports. We apply quantitative and qualitative techniques to identify and analyze presumed damages from events such as business interruptions, broken contracts, negligence, breaches of obligations, and intellectual property issues. We quantify losses and help clients reduce fraud-related risks, tracing misappropriated funds and resolving disputes quickly.

Our Discovery team uses a robust methodology to enhance document review work while minimizing costs. Our processes are supported by state-of-the-art technology to preserve, collect, identify, review, analyze, and produce documents. The team collaborates closely, sharing knowledge and helping each other learn and excel.

You are someone with:

  • 4-6 years of experience with aspects of eDiscovery
  • 1-2 years of managing eDiscovery teams and projects
  • Project management and case experience in eDiscovery matters
  • Litigation support, technological investigations, and eDiscovery processes
  • Experience leading teams and people management
  • Engagement setup, WIP and billing, financial management
  • Client service experience in a professional services environment
  • Solid system administration and infrastructure experience
  • Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
  • Experience with one or more leading eDiscovery tools and platforms including Relativity, IPRO, NUIX
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $169,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
