Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns with a keen eye on optimizations and results? Stonz is seeking a DTC sales Manager to drive growth and optimize performance across all digital channels. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role involves strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams responsible for owned, earned, and paid platform results.

Objectives of this role
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Optimize performance across owned, earned, and paid digital platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth for all digital channels.
Responsibilities
General
  • Manage and remain current with marketing tools and strategies, leading integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution for all owned, earned and paid activities.
  • Manage the customer funnel leading to e‑commerce sales for all digital channels.
  • Manage KPIs, reporting and analytics on all e‑commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate the content and user experience within platform tools, features and capabilities primarily for the Stonz website and B2B platforms.
  • Work with team members regarding product accuracy on all platforms for owned, earned and paid.
  • Plan new growth strategies, functionality, and future capabilities to meet business goals such as social selling.
  • Project manage digital‑centric marketing projects with team members.
  • Work with the Digital Coordinator on the deployment of integrations and trafficking of content on all digital channels such as Google, YouTube, social media, Amazon, etc.
Website Management
  • Manage the company’s website functionality, performance, ensuring alignment and optimal user experience, functionality, and app management.
  • Work with the Brand/Marketing team for all content, imagery, copy, and content to support the website experience.
  • Coordinate content changes with new products and style changes with Operations and Brand/Marketing teams.
  • Manage SEO of brand keywords, meta descriptions, and all requirements for searchability on all platforms including social media, Google, Amazon, YouTube, and expanded channels.
Third‑Party Platforms
  • Coordinate all third‑party platforms with support from the Operations & Product team members.
  • Manage third‑party e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, other drop‑shipping channels) for channel sales growth.
  • Coordinate content changes, product listings, and pricing changes with internal stakeholders and platforms.
  • Explore expansion opportunities to new platforms and applications for revenue growth.
  • Manage affiliates and revenue growth with third‑party networks.
Paid Advertising
  • Plan and execute paid search (PPC), display advertising, and other paid campaigns across all channels.
  • Optimize campaigns and spend based on performance metrics (ROI, KPIs).
  • Collaborate with vendors or agencies as needed.
Reporting and Optimization
  • Growth reporting and results: Year over Year, Month over Month, Week over Week.
  • Analyze performance data across all digital channels.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement data‑driven optimizations to enhance ROI.
  • Maintain and report weekly on metrics and results to key stakeholders.

Most importantly our products last a long time—Stonz are known for being passed along to other children making them a sustainable solution for any parent.

We love connecting and collaborating as a team in person; in fact we find it vital. We currently work from home Mon / Wed / Friday and come to the office Tuesday and Thursdays.
