BDO Canada is seeking a Manager, Dynamics 365 F&O Consulting to join our fast-paced Dynamics 365 F&O practice, with the ability to work from anywhere in Canada. This role focuses on leading engagements and mentoring teams, ensuring successful Finance, Supply Chain and manufacturing implementations across client organizations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O consulting experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience managing a D365 F&O project and/or leading multiple functional consultants.
• D365 F&O/AX certifications in relevant business disciplines will be considered in our selection.
• Self-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences.
• Strong process analysis, redesign, and documentation skills.
• Experience with functional design, configuration, and process alignment in Finance modules; familiarity with ISVs (Dynaway, SKG).

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams for D365 F&O implementations.
• Manage multiple engagements against budget, timeline and scope; monitor vendor relationships.
• Lead internal and external action planning meetings and drive deliverables to closure.
• Serve as escalation point on and off hours and address customer satisfaction or delivery concerns.
• Build deep client relationships and help expand engagement footprints.
• Analyze customer needs and deliver in-depth application expertise in targeted areas.
• Streamline business processes to improve ROI within the D365 for Finance and Operations suite.
• Participate in pre-sales, pricing, and proposals; contribute to new service offerings and annual business planning.

Talent

• Support the addition of new talent through participation in the recruitment process
• On-going mentoring and coaching of the team including of performance management and career guidance
• Team utilization planning and forecasting
• Ensuring our professionals have the skills, experience and capacity required to deliver our service offerings

Engagements

• Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client Dynamics F&O Finance implementations
• Manage multiple engagements against budget, timeline and scope
• Monitor and manage vendor relationships where applicable.
• Leading internal and external action planning meetings and driving deliverables to closure
• Act as an escalation contact on and off hours as needed and manage any customer satisfaction or delivery concerns
• Build deep relationships with clients and assist in expanding engagement footprint when the opportunities presents itself
• Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas
• Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suite

Operations

• Ensuring effective delivery of operations and high customer service
• Support the evolution of tools and operational procedures driven through the lens of continuous improvement
• Update / Establish, track and report on Key Performance Indicators supporting the delivery of operational excellence

Growth

• Participate in pre-sales presentation, pricings and proposals
• Assist in development & implementation of new service offerings
• Contribute and lead one or more aspects of the practice annual business plan

Your Experience And Education

• Minimum 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O consulting experience, with strong expertise in one or more functional area (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, HR etc.)
• Experience managing a Dynamics 365 F&O and/or experience leading multiple functional consultants on D365 F&O implementation projects
• Dynamics 365 F&O/AX certifications in the relevant business disciplines will be considered in our selection process
• Self-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences
• Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
• Experience in working on functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of Financial System concepts and general module functionality.
• Experience working and supporting with ISV’s; Dynaway, SKG

The expected range of compensation for this role is $115,000 to $165,000.
