The Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams, subject‑matter experts, and external agencies to gather information, align content, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables move forward.
  • Maintain editorial calendars, content trackers, campaign plans, approval processes, and reporting tools to keep work organized and visible.
  • Review analytics, social listening, and campaign results to identify what is working, adjust tactics, and share practical recommendations with the team and leadership.
  • Ensure content respects Alto’s brand, tone, accessibility standards, bilingual requirements, and communications priorities.
  • Stay informed about digital, social, and content trends and identify realistic opportunities to improve Alto’s content and online presence.
The Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in content strategy, digital communications, social media, marketing communications, or integrated campaign planning.
  • Experience managing, coaching, or coordinating the work of communications, content, social media, or marketing professionals.
  • Strong strategic judgment and editorial sense, with the ability to translate complex priorities into clear, engaging, audience‑focused content.
  • Proven skills and knowledge in digital, social, search, and targeted content campaigns, including planning, buying coordination, audience segmentation, optimization, and performance reporting for Québec, Ontario, national, hyper‑local, and targeted markets.
  • Experience working with external agencies, creative partners, media partners, or digital vendors to deliver integrated initiatives.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and advisory skills, with the ability to influence internal partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, approvals, and cross‑functional dependencies in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English, with professional‑level proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages.
Why join our innovative team?
