Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a Manager, DevOps, at Rogers Bank. You will work closely with our Delivery teams. You will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms (AWS, Azure). You are an impactful leader, adept at navigating complex problems and developing strong relationships with groups inside and outside of the Bank.

What you will be doing:

You will lead cloud operations strategy, ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure through IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. You will manage GitHub repositories and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, collaborating with teams to streamline delivery. You will define KPIs, implement governance and monitoring, and support incident resolution. You will oversee infrastructure deployments, manage vulnerabilities, and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with compliance standards. You will also drive financial oversight, managing AWS budgets and cost optimization initiatives.

What you have:
  • 10+ years’ experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure management
  • 5+ years leading teams with proven success in delivery and collaboration.
  • Strong technical expertise in AWS and Azure, with firsthand experience in Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments, driving outcomes and resolving challenges.
  • Effective communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
