The successful candidate will lead data strategy initiatives across analytics teams, drive technology transformation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Required qualifications include a university degree in a relevant field and over 2 years of experience in data strategy or analytics within a regulated environment. As a Manager in the Data Community of Practice (DCoP) team, you will lead data strategy and community initiatives across all analytics teams in Personal and Commercial banking. This role is pivotal to driving technology transformation, upskilling data practitioners, and delivering measurable ROI through tooling and platform modernization supporting the Sr. Manager, DCoP.
