About the team you are joining

The Global Aviation Data Management (GADM)team is responsible for the development, implementation and support of datasolutions needed to monitor safety, operational and efficiency KPIs. Theseincludes:

  • ManagingData Sharing Programs (IDX, FDX and MCX)
  • Supportinginternal and external businesses in their data, reporting and dashboardneeds
  • Developinga coherent approach to data visualization and analysis
  • Ensuringthe availability, reliability, and quality of the data and relateddashboards through continuous monitoring
  • Adheringto data governance policies, quality standards and best practices.
What your day would be like3>
  • Lead in the development of new Flight Measurements, Flight Time Instances, Events and SPIs for the FDX, IDX programs and internal departments – includes building metrics that provide added value to stakeholders
  • Lead in the validation of flight data measurements and metrics to ensure their accuracy and completenessia>
  • Manage the documentation, coordination and monitoring of flight and operational data measurements and algorithms.
  • Support in the development of data analytics and studies for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with the Senior Manager GADM Operations, support in the development and monitoring of quality dimensions for FDX data to ensure the quality of the datasets.
  • Develop, implement and manage processes to ensure continuous improvement of FDX metrics
  • Lead in the research and conceptualization of new data analytics
  • Provide recommendations and participate in the development of strategic direction of the GADM programs
We would love to hear from you if
  • B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or comparable educational level.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Aviation Operations & Safety (SMS, ATM, Airport, Airline, MRO or Audit Organizations).
  • Proficiency in business intelligence software such as Power BI.
  • Hands‑on experience with Snowflake and SQL Data Warehouse technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to write technical reports as well as Data Stories (presentations).
  • Experience in data manipulation and in FDA/FOQA or Aircraft Maintenance is an asset.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical skills, report writing skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
