We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Manager, Data Analysis and Reporting. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality insights and analytics that support performance improvement across our Commercial Insurance business. You’ll work with complex datasets, collaborate across functions, and help translate data into meaningful business intelligence.

What you’ll get:
  • Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Develop and deliver reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Manage, cleanse, and optimize large datasets to ensure accuracy and performance.

  • Apply techniques in data visualization, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

  • Collaborates with internal and external partners to define and drive business intelligence and analytics, leading to insights which will drive performance improvement.

  • Foster an environment of continuous engagement with actuarial, pricing, analytics, underwriting, operations, marketing, communications, claims, IT, finance, and others.

  • Understand business strategies and translate them into clear analytical requirements.

  • Provide guidance and support team members by helping troubleshoot data-related challenges and sharing best practices.

What you’ll bring:
  • A university degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting.

  • Strong technical proficiency and analytical thinking.

  • Experience with Python, MS Access, SAS, and VBA is an asset.

  • Familiarity with Commercial Insurance is an asset.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to a variety of audiences.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • A strong balance of business acumen and technical expertise.
