The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of leadership experience in D365/AX finance and relevant certifications. This role offers a hybrid work model with three days weekly in office.

Manager, D365 Finance

We are looking for a Manager, D365 Finance to own the D365 Finance module end-to-end across solution design, configuration governance, compliance, and global adoption. This role shapes global finance processes and aligns ERP capabilities with corporate financial goals. The successful candidate will steward the enterprise finance template across corporate and properties; maintain strong audit posture and drive the digital finance roadmap. The role reports to the (Director) Product Owner, Transactional Systems.

Key Activities:
  • Define financial structures including chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and fiscal calendars.
  • Author functional design documents (FDDs) and manage the product backlog for Finance.
  • Ensure audit readiness and internal control adherence across all finance operations.
  • Govern Finance integrations and reporting including Power BI dashboards and external systems.
  • Drive optimization and new feature adoption within D365 Finance including periodic release management.
  • Lead finance-related risk assessments and compliance audits
  • Coordinate cross-functional workshops for finance transformation and ERP alignment.
  • Mentor analysts and super users to build internal capability and knowledge retention.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Partners with Executives, Controllers, Audit, Product & Engineering; presents to executive governance boards.
What You Bring/Key Skills:
  • Deep expertise in D365 Finance & Operations (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank).
  • Hands‑on experience with LCS, RSAT, Data Management Framework (DMF), and Power BI.
  • Experience with banking and tax engine integrations.
  • 10+ years of D365/AX finance leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology or Business Administration (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Microsoft Certification in D365 Finance & Operations (mandatory).
  • Accounting designation such as CPA, ACCA, or FCCA (preferred but highly recommended).
  • Advanced knowledge of IFRS/GAAP compliance.
  • Experience in multi‑entity consolidations and intercompany processes.
