As a Manager, D365 Development you will be an hands‑on leader responsible for managing and developing a high‑performing D365 team while delivering quality solutions, building strong relationships with stakeholders and adhering to best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the D365 development team, managing performance, mentoring for professional growth and skill development, and capacity planning
  • Ensure delivery of high‑quality D365 solutions by overseeing team productivity, the quality of the team’s portfolio and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Plan and manage all D365 release and deployment activities, ensuring effective smooth execution and clear communication
  • Run agile/scrum ceremonies and foster continuous improvement in team processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and executives, representing the team in strategic discussions
  • Make critical technical and people decisions, including resource allocation and conflict resolution, while remaining hands‑on for design and development when needed
  • Safeguard compliance, security, and data privacy standards across all solutions mitigating risks proactively while meeting organizational standards
  • Collaborate with Microsoft, third‑party vendors and cross‑functional teams to implement solutions, maintain development and integration standards and resolve escalations.
Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years experience in senior D365 technical leadership roles (Senior Developer, Technical Lead or Architect), with hands‑on expertise across Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Project Operations preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing technical teams, fostering growth, engagement and career development
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with practical experience facilitating agile/scrum ceremonies and driving continuous improvement
  • Expert on Azure DevOps and modern DevOps practices, managing end‑to‑end product delivery and release cycles
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing and collaborating with executives and cross‑functional teams
  • Comprehensive experience managing Dynamics 365 licensing, including procurement, allocation, compliance, and optimization
  • Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 integrations, enterprise platforms and third‑party systems
  • Experience overseeing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and release management, and compliance for D365 solutions
  • Experience collaborating with Microsoft and third‑party vendors for support, escalations, and solution optimization
  • Microsoft certification(s) in Dynamics 365 and/or Azure is an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot is an asset
