Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Oversee fieldwork, monitor engagement status, and manage team performance.
  • Adapt audit approaches to evolving client environments and regulatory changes.
  • Apply advanced accounting and auditing concepts to complex client situations.
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal preparation.
  • Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
