  • Collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g., Vendors, RBC IT teams, Product) to manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on performance and timelines.
  • Build and present executive presentations for Senior Director and VP, preparing and managing program/project plans, OKRs/KPIs, and metrics (including status reporting, prioritization calls, and communications).

  • Partner with multiple stakeholders in a complex, demanding environment to deliver high‑profile, business‑critical assignments.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Technology or Financial Services.
  • Project/Program Management certifications (e.g., PMP and/or PgMP).
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering medium to large software projects ($3M to $50M) including planning, scheduling, testing, and full execution.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex organizational structures and communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of change, issue, and risk management and working knowledge of SDLC and Agile Delivery Methodologies.
  • Advanced facilitation, coaching and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Kanban practices, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
  • Nice‑to‑have: Previous experience working in a technology‑focused Financial Institution.
What's in it for you?
  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses, flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.
  • Leadership that supports your development through coaching and growth opportunities.
  • Flexibility to make a lasting impact in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, high‑performing team.
  • World‑class training program in financial services.
