  • Manage the execution of executive communications, coordinating timing, sequencing and distribution of messages across internal channels.
What You Need To Succeed
  • 4–6 years of experience in corporate, executive or public affairs communications, ideally including experience in politics or communications consulting.
  • Experience using AI tools to get work done faster and smarter, paired with the critical thinking to evaluate and refine what they produce.
  • A strong understanding of the political landscape, with an interest in domestic and global politics and the ability to assess what developments mean for OpenText’s business.
  • Sharp critical thinking and a proactive approach. You get to the heart of an issue quickly, anticipate needs and follow through without waiting to be asked.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and keep them on track in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to deliver campaigns and announcements in a complex, matrixed organization, and the ability to build trust with senior leaders and their teams.
  • Strong writing skills, with experience supporting executive content such as speeches, remarks and internal messages.
