This role is ideal for someone passionate about leading purpose-driven marketing efforts that make a difference in people’s lives. You’ll be shaping SGH’s digital patient journey, turning awareness into action through impactful campaigns, compelling content, and data-backed strategies.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and run marketing campaigns to help more patients learn about our services and attract great people to join us at SGH
  • Craft and oversee engaging publicity materials that meet branding and compliance standards
  • Partner with clinical teams to drive adoption of SGH’s clinical pathway content and digital services
  • Analyse consumer insights and market trends to sharpen messaging and campaign focus
  • Guide a dedicated team of marketing and content executives
  • Present campaign ideas and results directly to internal stakeholders
You Should Have
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields
  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably with campaign and performance experience
  • A strong grasp of analytics, market research, and content strategy
  • A creative and strategic mindset, with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and/or healthcare marketing will be a plus
