Job Description
The Manager, CM Performance Management will assist in advising key members of the COO and Strategy & Innovation leadership team; responsible for financial advisory, while building strong connectivity with the COO Functions and Strategy & Innovation business. This role will support continuous monitoring of key metrics by delivering exceptional financial analysis and play a pivotal role in building CM Finance’s capabilities to support CM’s strategic priorities around productivity and efficiency; and enabling strategic business decisions through financials analysis including investment / initiatives prioritization, staffing and asset planning. This role will appeal to individuals who want to work in a fast‑paced area that has significant visibility and a high profile across RBC (especially within Capital Markets).
