Job summary

ValueMomentum is seeking a Manager – Client Services & Delivery in Toronto, Canada, to lead the end-to-end delivery of P&C insurance projects, focusing on Guidewire implementations.

You will be responsible for managing client expectations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success through adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of experience in IT delivery/project management within P&C Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementations and P&C insurance projects.
• Drive execution across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance outcomes.
• Monitor project health, risks, and governance, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.
• Stay updated on Guidewire advancements and incorporate into delivery strategy.

Core Skills & Qualifications
